Just Had to Say
I just wanted to say that I worked my ass off today. I did 3 sets 15 of floor wipers holding a 50-lb barbell, lunges with a 50-lb barbell, and push/presses with a 50 lb barbell. Whoa. Nice way to start my day. :)
From the looks of that you sure did work your ass off. Good for you at being the "beast" that you are. Youre doing awesome the physique must be looking hot;)
Re: My comment about binging/etc. You're exactly right about that, I don't take any offense to it at all. I've struggled off the whole binge eating thing for a long time, it's a MAJOR problem with me. First step is admitting, second step is attacking the problem, right? :)
Hey! I'm so excited that I get to begin strength training again tomorrow. It's weird how much I miss it. I was pulling up my workout, and I was thinking about you and your new BUFFNESS.
