Just Had to Say

I just wanted to say that I worked my ass off today. I did 3 sets 15 of floor wipers holding a 50-lb barbell, lunges with a 50-lb barbell, and push/presses with a 50 lb barbell. Whoa. Nice way to start my day. :)

Re: My comment about binging/etc. You're exactly right about that, I don't take any offense to it at all. I've struggled off the whole binge eating thing for a long time, it's a MAJOR problem with me. First step is admitting, second step is attacking the problem, right? :)
